This project involved developing a complete brand identity for Taonga: Auckland Museum of Patterns and Motifs, a conceptual museum based in Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand. The scope included designing the visual identity and producing a comprehensive set of brand guidelines.

In addition to the visual components, the project required thoughtful consideration of the museum’s positioning. This included defining the brand strategy, mission statement, audience personas, and the cultural and geographical context in which the museum would exist. The goal was to craft a cohesive and meaningful brand that aligned with the museum’s fictional purpose and resonated with its intended audience.
